We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. You have 5 days after you have received your order to email us with an issue. After the 5 day period, we may not be able to assist you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES. AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR SHIPMENT, YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or stolen package
Madebysindy will not be responsible for lost items. Once we deliver items to the carrier ownership transfer from us to the customer. We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing shipping updates. Shipping carrier would need to be contacted.
